How are you managing to organize your time? I now have 10 aged 15 down to 5 months, including 2 year old twins. School never seems to get completed, I've got 7 doing school - and that includes a preschool/K student. The twins are potty-training with no attempt to actually succeed. They love screaming and make it difficult to actually get something done. The others, except the eldest, much prefer to goof off. I need to get order back, and am not sure how. Dad is away working out of town. Any ideas out there?

Sometimes I had to go with easy. Maybe that means pulling out Liberty Kids so that they all watch tv and it's history.

I never potty trained.. when they were ready to do it.. they pretty much would do it.. so I never did the timing and helping and rewarding thing. Until it was their idea it wouldn't work anyway and it just took too much time. Also when they were showing interest I would have a couple older siblings help them.. every time older sibling would head to the bathroom they'd also take small sibling.
