I have to share. 
My oldest son has been pursuing filmmaking for some time. He has started a production company --Key Row Pictures-- and today announced his first project, an online TV series called "Ordinary".

Here's the blurb:
"Ordinary" is a half-hour sitcom following the life of Father David Anderson, a young priest assigned to a parish in the heart of Amish country in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The series will follow him as he learns the ropes of managing parochial life while also seeing how the liturgical seasons and weekly Scriptures illuminate his life and lives of those he shepherds. This series will deal with the current issues facing the modern Catholic, as well as those issues unique to a priest in his own vocation.
The series will be available to stream through the internet beginning December 1. A new episode will be released every two weeks and will finish on March 30.

Michele, my son made a documentary short that won several awards and was at the teen part of Silverdocs....I know he will be very interested in this! I think you said something on MA about the industry not thinking you “really” need a degree in film making to be a film maker! That is exactly what my son heard as well as he talked to a lot of people about this very thing....good to hear it from someone else.
I am so glad to hear about your son's work and will send it out to our local group as well.....many blessings to him!

They are running a Kickstarter fundraiser that only has 55 hours to go.
There's some nice rewards there including a 15 month limited edition planner of mine.
They really want to keep the show free to anyone who would like to see it, but of course video productions still cost money.
If you can't contribute financially please keep the production in your prayers!

Michele, dh and I watched the first episode last night and were impressed! There were several moments that we were just absolutely cracking up - the writing is great! How can we watch more?
Oh, and the actress that played the rectory housekeeper - she is phenomenal!
