Thanks so much for suggesting a baseball blog for boys as part of our writing bootcamp. Here goes...
If you have a baseball loving boy/s ages 12 & under who would like to contribute to our new blog, It's a Boy's Game, please Private Message me your email addres. I will send you an invitation and Blogger will send you step by step instructions on how to join.

I did miss this, Angie.
Thanks for reposting.
I'll show it to Garrett and see if it sparks an interest. He's a big golfer but does take an interest in baseball teams and is slightly obsessed with Barry Bonds at the moment.

This looks great Angie, thanks so much. My Benjamin loves baseball although has not had an opportunity to watch it or play it much in an organized way. He'll enjoy getting to know the boys and the game in this medium.

I missed it too but came across it a week later and my sons are doing it! They are excited.
We've discovered a GREAT way to watch baseball!
On MLB.com (Major League Baseball) they have condensed games (for members---the membership is reasonable).
These condensed games have NO COMMERCIALS. My 9 yo son is allowed to access their site with me popping in and out. He knows how to start these condensed games on the computer, which are the best plays, and scoring plays of each inning, lasting about 10 minutes.
We also watch other games with dh through MLB.com and just turn off the commercials. Baseball has been a great pastime for our family.
There are blackout restrictions for your local team in the area, so you can't watch them live, but can still watch it later.
Wish all our boys could get together for a baseball game.

BTW, I was pretty impressed that Aiden chose the style of the page based on the color of a baseball...looks so cool!
