We are having a hard time picking a girl name for this new little one. Our last name starts with a D and is only one syllable.
Our other children are named:
Gabriel Kevin
Sophia Elizabeth
Hazel Grace
Lucy Marie
Elizabeth Nicole
Nicholas Gerald
Definitely need the first name to be at least 2 syllables. We aren't picky about if it starts with the same letter as the any of the others.
I love Mary Claire but I don't think DH loves it. We were going to use Gianna for Nicholas if he had been a girl, and now my SIL is planning to use it with her baby (due in 4 weeks).

As you love Claire what about the Italian version Chiara?
My dd is Chiara Marie both versions of Mary Claire.
Trying to get an idea of your style. Both your boys 1st names are saints names, your girls names are more English evergreen, yes? Are these the criteria you are looking for again?

I love Claire!!! My daughter's name is Meredith Rose so I like that one! You could maybe go with Clara if you are looking for two syllables!

Thank you for starting this thread! We too are having trouble picking a girl name this time around. Our two older girls are Gianna Therese and Catherine Bernadette. They usually go by Gigi and Cate.
Since you like Gianna, what about Gemma? I just love St. Gemma Galgani. It would be our top choice except that it is a little too close to Gianna and might get confusing around here.
Some top girl names for us right now:
Bridget
Rosalie
Veronica
Cecilia

Suggesting Siena Caeli, would go nicely with your other names.

Emilia Claire (Emily is nice, but very popular)
Charlotte Mary
Christina Louise (or Louisa)
Annette Therese (I like Anne Therese, but the first name is too short, per your criteria)
Bridget Catherine

Maura
Marea
Magali [could be pronounced Mag-a-lee (short a, stress on the lee) OR Ma-gal-e (stress on the gal] This is the name of a friend of ours; the name comes from Magdaline.
Maria
Could you use Gianna for a middle name? Or, maybe your SIL will change her mind!
Also, 1-keep praying and 2-let it sit for a while. I remember one name I liked for a boy's middle name my husband did not. I just didn't bring it up for a while and one day he said that he thought it was a good idea!
My mouth almost dropped when I read the list of names of your children. We have a Gabriel, a Grace, and a Marie (first names) and an Elizabeth (middle name).

I love the names your kids all have! Strong, masculine names for your boys and very feminine girls' names.
How about Madeline, or Genevieve, or Isabelle/a?

Lindsey,
We have a Luisa (middle name Pilar), what about Louise? We always wanted a Helena as well.
We also have an Anamaria Claire. We wanted both Ana and Maria and knew the only way she would be called both was if we joined them :) You could do Mariana?
Good luck, we have such a difficult time with names.

Oh wow! Such wonderful, beautiful suggestions! I am writing them down to show DH.
I don't think we have any strong criteria as to how we pick names. We try to use family names when possible, so DS1 has DH's first name for his middle name. DS2 has FILs first name for his middle name. Our boy name is Oliver James. James is Dh's grandfather's first name. Marie is the middle name of my aunt, grandmother, MIL, and Lucy's godmother. Elizabeth's niddle name is her godmother's first name. Sophia and Hazel are names we have loved for a long time. I think Hazel is the only one without a saint's name for either first or middle name?
Celeste, your girls have beautiful names! I do love the name Gemma, but DH nixed that one. His cousin just adopted a baby girl and they named her Gemma.

Don't take this the wrong way, I love the name Hazel, I love your twins names! You made me remember a story my grandmother used to tell when we were kids. She told us the story of an old Irish lady who heard the name someone had given their child, the name being Hazel she said "B'gosh and B'golly all the saints in heaven and they named their child after a nut!" My grandmother had nothing against the name Hazel or anything, she just loved to entertain us with funny stories.
Hope your name picking goes well, I know we have a hard timewith names, our first son, dh never told me he didn't care for his full name(although he didn't mind his nick name) until after he was born and named. Ever after I've made sure he likes the name before it's set in stone.
