Very nice! And I had the same feeling and decision, Stef. The new Victoria just felt contrived and more emphasis on "things" and buying.

This is a lovely blog. I got Victoria last year and enjoyed it, but I didn't *love* it. I never knew about it before when every says it was so good

When I visit my MIL, I enjoy looking at older issues of Cottage Living which I like better than Southern Living (the smaller scale and more casual style is more appealing to me), but sadly, IT no longer exists either.

I guess all that should go in the catalog thread, lol. But really, I do miss having such things in magazine form rather than on a screen.

I was the same with the new Victoria, I even paid to have it sent here to Australia. But I didn't renew my sub. Thankfully I still have my favourite old issues.
