I ordered the Teachers Helper set back in February when they were having a special and I've still not received anything. I've called and left a message and emailed twice and gotten no response. This seems so strange, I know many people have ordered from them and been very happy. Since I was in the hospital, I'm just getting around to trying to track the order down. Just wondering if anyone knows whether they are really behind or something.

It was a rather large order and I would hate to have to contest it with Paypal, but considering the amount of $$$ I would have to.

I had a similar problem with this company. I ordered in late June and didn't receive anything until early August - that was about two days after I disputed with PayPal. I never received any answer from them to my calls or e-mails either. Even to this day. In fact, I had trouble with one CD, called and e-mailed to ask for replacement, then sent it back hoping that would help (I had nothing to lose but postage because the CD was bad). I did get a replacement in the mail in reasonable time. I don't know what to tell you. I'd say contest with PayPal if you can, maybe that'll at least get a response?

Thanks Christine. I actually had to call Paypal to dispute the transaction because it had been over 45 days. I didn't know that was the time limit. Since I've had an account so long and never disputed anything they allowed me to go ahead and dispute the transaction.

Hopefully it will be resolved. Now I'm just hoping for my money back after you said you had a problem with a CD. How sad! I hate to think that I wasted that much money .

I've had so much trouble with them in regards to timely delivery. I never get things in a timely manner. It's troubling but I do enjoy their stuff.

I have tried repeatly to contact them about an order from last fall. They charged the original amount to my cc, then a few days later I was charged for the amount without the homeschooler discount. I've tried email and calling without any luck. Nice products, but I won't buy from them again!

Having had this company as a vendor for a conference, this isn't the first time I've heard these complaints. It is hard to contact them, and often during conference season they are very slow in shipping, but with anyone who ever complained to me, they did receive their order. So I will say, they are honest and not going to run with your money, it just takes a lot more patience.
