We are expecting baby #6 at the end of August!
Our kids names are Diego, Miguel, Antonio, Carlos, and Lilia (pronounced the Spanish way "Lee Lee ah).
I'm looking for suggestions of names, both boy and girl that might go nicely with the other names. I have ideas for girl names, but pretty stumped with boy names. It's like I ran out!
I'd love to hear your suggestions!
Thanks!

Do you want spanish again ? some names we have liked are Cedro Azul , Romero , Esperanza I love Pepe & Chucho (sp? )
I love my sisters name Laila , and flower names are nice or plant names . Violet , Ivy , Daisy , Pansy , Holly . I also love older names like Noah ,Templeton , Grace , Sophia , Freda , etc.
for a boy if we ever ever could have more I am really liking the name Taiga and dh know if we have a girl ever again she is Sunshine Butterfly however I think we'll be more having to work on accepting names for more grandchildren then children of our own

Jose, David (spanish pronounciation), Danilo, Joaquin, Francisco, Pedro..
I really like Behind the Name for looking up names.. lots of options.. you can look at Spanish names.. you could look up a name you like.. click in the box on the left for "related names" and see all the variations and be able to find the spanish equivelent for a name you like.

Thank you all!
It seems the only name I have been able to come up with is Mateo (Mathew) for boys!
For Girls I have thought, Maia Maria, Carina, Marisa, or Maricela. There are about 45 grandchildren in the family already, so it's hard to not duplicate names! It's also hard for my husband and I to agree! We both like Natalia, but my sister named her daughter Natalia.
Keep the suggestions coming.

I like that a lot. I have an uncle Mateo - interestingly though he goes by the anglicized name of Mike (not Matt or Matthew) which I think is interesting.
We have friends who have a Fernando (goes by Nando).

I really like the name Mateo. I also love the names Santiago and Lucia. (If my last baby had been a girl, she would have been Lauren Lucia.)

Oh, I like Joaquin! Pedro, Pablo, Francisco, Tomas, Juan...there's a lot of good boys names to pick from...
Of course, I'm partial to Juan and David
For girls...
Camilla. Alicia. Esperanza. Felicia. Juana. Catalina. Lucia. Carlotta. Isabella/e. Sofia. Elena. Marta. (I'd suggest Annabella, but that's my heifer's name..)...I know! Raquel! (that's another fave of mine, lol)...Beatriz, Fernanda...Emilia
I'd suggest Susana, but it looks like you've got that one covered, already (that's one of the names on our longer list of "names that aren't likely to ever make it to a birth certificate but I keep trying for anyway". Lilia is a beautiful name, btw.
Here's what I think. Name your son Juan David. And your daughter, Elena Sofia.
Then, you will have used all of my children's first names.
LOL
Okay, maybe that's not the *best* way of going about it, but they aren't bad, anyway!
And I'm a bit punch drunk tonight, cause I need some caffeine and some carbonation, and I can't have any!! (trying to cut it out forever. For the third time).
SIGH.
GL, and congrats on the baby naming! We're the only ones still even thinking about babies for the most part, in our families (certainly in DHs) and so our list is prettty much uncontested...lol.

Loving that last response! I get like that too and can get "high" on laughter!
My husbands name is Juan! Our third son is Antonio Juan.
Our baby girl is Lilia Elena too! ;)
My husband LOVES the name Lucia, but our last name is Lucero, and I think Lucia Lucero would sound a little silly, like "Betty Boop", or something! :)
I'm loving all your suggestions. Thank you and thanks for the compliments on the names we already have :)

I met a little guy the other day named Juan Paolo, after Pope John Paul. :)
For girls, I'm partial to Maria and Teresa, personally, because I already have one of each, .

Of all the girl name suggestions, I like Emilia and Maricela. (I like Isabella, too, but it is so popular right now, and I'm a "free spirit" when it comes to names.)
And, for a boy, Mateo Ignacio or Mateo Joaquin!

I found Emiliana too late to use......I only had boys after I found it!
She was a saint and an aunt to Saint Gregory the Great!!
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Mateo! I think it would work so well with the names you have already used!

Maia Maria is such a lovely name...if Lilia has a sister, their two names wouldn't the two names sound precious together?
Of the boys' names mentioned, Mateo and Pablo are both very nice....just imagine calling out either of those names for a sweet little boy!
Choosing each child's name is so special! May the Lord bless you and your precious little one.

Me, too!
And I like Mateo. Or you could do Samuel (pronounced Sam-well).
Actually all three of these names have been on our list of possibilities.
BTW, Lilia is a BEAUTIFUL name. Of course my name is Leah Ella, so maybe I'm partial.
