Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I'm hoping one of you can help me. My dear cousin is going to be in school at Fort Lee for the next six months before his next TDY. He had a bad experience with a priest in Afghanistan about two years ago and has been away from the church ever since. However, he feels that something is missing and knows he needs to return to confession and the Eucharist. He'll only be in Richmond for 6 months, but I'd love to be able to recommend to him a very traditional parish and confessor. Any thoughts?

We used to drive from Williamsburg to Richmond just to go to Saint Benedict's because it was so similar to the church we were used to in Northern Virginia. It is very traditional.

This is my first post so I don't know how to post a link, but the web address   is:   www.saintben edictparish.org
