Once Epiphany is here.. whenever I get around to it.. it partly depends on how very much it's driving me NUTS
I do try and be sure Christmas is put away by about the 15th though.

On the Feast of the Epiphany we bring down the Christmas Tree and all the other Christmas decorations except....
We leave out the Nativity until the following week, this following my children's complaints year after year that the 3 kings only get looked at for one day!

12th night, regardless of when our Church celebrates Epiphany, which is usually early as here they go to the nearest Sunday.

I am about the same as Jody. Our crib with Baby Jesus and the Christmas altar cloth stay until feb 2nd......the absolute final end of Christmas season.

We are planning to take our tree down after the Baptism of the Lord.
That will give us two and a half weeks of it being up since we put it up on the 23d and decorated it on Christmas Eve (family tendency to get things done just-in-time)

We leaveit up until the 6th, unless it has gotten really dried out. Then it's right after New Years.

I always plan on keeping it up until Epiphany--but the house is so small, and the tree takes up so much needed "living in" space, sometimes my patience can't make it last that long...

We take ours down the day before Epiphany Sunday (because I don't like taking it down on Sunday itself), but like Chari we leave up the Nativity until Feb. 2. We put our tree up close to Christmas so it doesn't get too dried out if Epiphany falls a bit late.

Usually until Epiphany. I'd love to keep it up longer, but we need the room!

After Epiphany. Funny, with the tree up, the children are just more, um, "relaxed" about leaving things out...so I am looking forward to some decluttering in my family room. Can't wait for the cords to be gone too (not a cord person).

We take it down the Saturday after the Epiphany.
