...and followed my "we need a sick day" instinct this morning. Everyone is feverish and coughing - goopy eyes, too. Mama is 36 weeks pregnant and just recovered from a cold - hoping not to pick up a version of whatever the kids have, now. Yesterday dd7 worked ahead and since Fridays are light, we decided to just get her handwriting and phonics and spelling test done so we wouldn't be behind.

She just wasn't "there" for the spelling test, though. It actually made me laugh and thought I'd share with other moms who would understand and have a chuckle. Can you guess what her spelling list was supposed to be?

Thanks for sharing! We all need to know we aren't alone in this. There are other families doing "crazy" things out there too A sense of humor is a God-send and totally necessary, isn't it?
