Can someone tell me if the format includes all the month-at-a-glance pages up front togher, or if each month has the weekly planning pages behind it? Also, does it still include the little sticky tabs for each month?

I LOVE Michele's planner!!! Always have! This year, I splurged and bought the larger one - 8.5 x11. It's nice to have more room to journal in. I'm kicking myself for not having ordered the larger size before!
To answer your question Books...
:: the month at a glance pages are in front of each month with the weekly pages behind them, not all up front together.
:: Yes! The sticky tabs are still included!

Ok, that helps. I tried something else last year and didn't care for it, so I am going back to Michele's. I need fast access to the Month at a glance pages though, so those sticky tabs are essential for me.

I like her planners too, although I *never* use the daily planner pages, only the monthly calendar pages. I wish I could get a custom version that had only the monthly grid and some blank lined pages for note-taking--plus all the good stuff up front, of course! (I never use the Friends & Contacts pages either--I always end up writing meeting minutes or some other information all over those pages.)
What I really want to know is: when will the 2010 Jan-Dec version be out?
The sticky tabs are very helpful too! They were included in my purchase last year.

Those sticky tabs are so handy.
Jen, did you get the wirebound planner in the larger size? I have a nice planner organizer, in the smaller size, but the larger format is so nice to use. So tradeoffs, carry a large organizer that I rarely use, or carry a notebook size? Decisions, decisions.
I tend to use the monthly pages heavily, too.
Does anyone have plans in a week that don't go to a particular day, just something that needs to be done that week? What/Where do you put those little items?

I use a wall calendar (MomAgenda) as my master planner and Michele's planner will go in my bag. I copy, every few weeks or so, the important info from the wall calendar into the planner so that when I'm at a homeschool meeting and someone says, "Can you help on this day" I at least know what's already on the schedule. The smaller one works best for me as it lives in my VB diaper bag. 
Jen, when I have something to do that week, I look at each day and find the emptiest one and writ it in on that day in pencil so I can move it if necessary.
I do wonder why planners are never available as a months only option. I've found 3 hole punched monthly pages before, but I don't want a 3 ring binder living in my bag. That would drive me crazy. A monthly with extra blank pages would be awesome.

I bought the spiral bound 8.5 x 11 planner - it's the topmost planner on this page.
I have always bought the smaller one thinking I would drop it in my bag to go somewhere, but I was always having trouble cramming everything in that I wanted to journal on a page! Since I'm always bringing a notebook or something else with me in a bag or basket, bringing the 8.5 x 11 size wasn't a big stretch for me. I actually like to tuck it into my daily notebook which has all my lesson plans and resources.
Here's how I use the calendar:
On Friday/Saturday, the calendar comes with my menu planning basket to the kitchen table as I plan out my menus. I look ahead to see the Feasts for the upcoming week, and any errands out of the home that might necessitate super simple eating plans. I used to write my meal plans in the block of space on the side of each of the days (there's a block of space where the mystery of the Rosary is listed - this space is perfect for journaling meal plans for the day. Sometimes I still do this, but I enjoy keeping my menus more detailed on a menu sheet I made, so lately I just journal my tea plans there.)
I like to keep my calendar on my desk as I plan out our weekly plans as well. I can add nature walk plans, field trips, appointments, library days, etc. to the calendar when I work on my weekly plans on Thursday. So, it lives on my desk.
On Thursday or Friday I'm generally reflecting on the week and thinking about the week upcoming...I add my to-do's to the calendar at that time (but also sporadically throughout the week). Here's how I do this....
On a particular day I think about what I can realistically accomplish, what I need to accomplish, and what might be gravy - I think about this in light of what is already going on on my calendar - errands, etc. In thinking about the days I write simple little to-do's on days that I might realistically accomplish them (so I don't add a bunch of to-do's on an errand day out of the home.) I check off what gets done and when I'm reflecting on the next week I slide forward everything that wasn't accomplished. I always have something to bring forward...that's just life.
I REALLY like the weekly spread of pages - that's where I keep a running journal of our project's we're working on, how they get broken down into bite-size pieces, who's going where at what time, what tea-time will look like for the day, a reminder to do something... I know you weren't asking how I use the calendar, but I just wanted to throw it out there because I do make use of every single page!

One year I ordered the full size 3 hole punched with everything. It was significantly thicker than my later purchases without the extras.

September --and it will be available in small and large this year. Previously the Jan. - Dec. was only available in small sizes but we've had a lot of requests for the large size so we're giving it a go.

And unfortunately getting harder to find. My supplier stop carrying them and we haven't found a replacement yet. I have a stash so let's hope I can find a new supplier before they run out!

By definition a "planner" has room for planning. A months only calendar is generally called a . . . calendar.

The planner alone is 1/2 inch thick--WITH menu and lesson pages it's 3/4 inch. Yes I'm sure, I just measured it.

It depends. Yesterday a school placed a large order that I cannot fill. I am willing to print more if they are willing to wait (it will take me 2 weeks to get them) and if so I will print more than their order.
BUT, I actually do have a four student planners sitting here unclaimed so if you want one (or two) e-mail or PM me ASAP and I will set them aside for you.
As for samples pages click on monthly spread and weekly spread in the description and you can see samples (or just click on them right here since I made them clickable )

Michelle I am sure all your student planners are gone by now. My daughter keeps asking me when I am going to buy her another one. I bought her one last year and she loved it.
She actually looked up every Saint every day and she became familiar with many of them.
When you stock up again let me know, I need to place a order for her and me.

I hear you! Once I bought the 3 hole punch version and then took it to Kinkos and had it wire bound too because I had specific plans for different parts of the calender.
I moved to the large format wirebound this year and put it in a pretty re-usable bag to carry on my shoulder when I go out. I use it mostly at home though. Just this week I was thinking that I might have Kinko's bind the teacher planner pages separately from the calendar. I love the layout and the feel and look of the teacher planner....I just want them other places besides in the calendar. Just this week I was encouraging Bill to buy his own "man" version.
