I know this isn't as much notice as we would like to provide, but with all our crazy schedules we have finally determined that this is the best time for us to close for a retreat. For the past 2 years, as moderators we have conducted a virtual retreat twice each year. It is an opportunity to do some technical work that may come up, evaluate and refine our work/purpose/ goals, and re-energize spiritually and emotionally. We tried last fall to do something different and to conduct the retreat with the boards still open. It was not as productive, so have returned to the traditional format.
All this to say that the forums will be closing sometime Saturday morning and reopening late Monday night (or early Tuesday morning). The forums will be closed basically Sat. June 13, Sun. June 14, and Mon. June 15. Sunday is a closure day anyway and with Sat. June 13 being "Get Outdoors! Day" it's a good excuse to stay away from the computer  .
Thank you for your understanding. We appreicate your presence and participation here. We look forward to coming back energized next Tuesday when the 4 Real message board reopens.

Praying for you all and thanking you for the job you do. I will so miss the board as it is my "lifeline" with dh away so much! Time to grow up a bit I think!

You're all so dear to all of us, and we're so grateful for your prayers! Please be assured that our prayers continue for all of you dear ladies while we are on retreat! If there is an immediate need, you will still be able to private message one of us...or any of the other members even while the boards are closed.
