Dear all,

I am Traci and my husband is Dave. We have 2 dc - 8 yo girl and 11 yo boy. We are expecting our 3rd child (yeah! - it's been a long wait!)

My oldest went to a Montessori school for pre-K and K. We started hsing when he was 6 yo. My 8 yo has always been homeshooled.

We use Charlotte Mason, DYOCC, Real Learning, Latin Centered Curriculum, and lots of nature study. We use what we like from each of these "curriculums" and attempt to make most of our learning "real life".

I run a St Francis Nature Club in SE VA during the warm months and a Fatima Club during the cold months (mostly field trips). I also do a Saint book club for children 1x/month during the winter. (many thanks to Alice Gunther and her wonderful book!)

I have been reading posts at the 4REAL forums for years and am so glad to finally join!
