We are in the midst of finalizing a plan of more sreamlined focus here at 4Real. We have made a prudential decision to avoid political postings of any kind save those that are quotes from our Bishops or political action bulletins of information (from sources in line with Church teaching) that serve to further the dignity of life from the moment of conception or laws as they relate to homeschooling. Political topics do deserve discussion in Catholic circles. However, as moderators with families of our own, we were seeing that moderating these type discussions was removing us from our families too often. We choose to use our moderating energy on threads that are more in keeping with our mission as homeschooling in the context of the Catholic home. This thread is now locked and we encourage members to voice opinions to their congressmen and senators.
