Yesterday we went with some of our local homeschool friends on a community service field trip. We were gleaning a farmer's field for a local charity. In addition to our small group there were two bus loads of students from a local Christian high school. Before we got started the director was explaining what we would be doing and he told the larger group of students that there was also a homeschool group helping today.

So later while we were picking, one of the mom's in our group overheard two of the high school girls talking as they walked by. One said, "Did you hear that there are homeless kids here today?"

Can you say "airhead"?
We got a good chuckle out of it.
