Yes we do. I'd love to share! 
I try to get up before everyone around 6:30-7:00. I get a shower, make coffee, eat breakfast and check emails, blogs, and 4Real Forums. I get the kids up around 7:30. And then promptly turn off the computer to tend to their breakfasts, fighting, arguments, etc.
They have to eat breakfast, get dressed, brush teeth and do their morning chore.
We start our day with Mass at 8:30 if Dad is home, if not then we do morning prayer.
Boy that sounds so simple when I write it down. It sure is not simple with 5 rambunctious children IRL.

Ours is pretty simple:
Roll out of bed. Get dressed. Grab coffee (me) and breakfast (kids). Take a deep breath and head off for whatever awaits...

*we start devotions/Bible reading
*singing time - a few songs each morning
*couch time - read alouds, FIAR title, discussions
*table work - math, coloring pages
*play outside
*lunch
I think that's about it.

Mine sounds very similar to others'--
Wake up before 7, morning offering, get the day started -- dressed, bathroom swipe, start coffee, put in load of laundry (usually), start fire in winter. Give Aidan breakfast; he's the first one up. Make breakfast for others.... they trickle in somewhere around 8 or slightly afterwards.
They have morning chores; I check the mail and the board for a few minutes with my coffee.
We "start" at nine except that sometimes an older child wants to start earlier, and sometimes I set up some learning stations for Aidan at 8:30.
Try to be done by noon or 1, with "life learning" type activities in the afternoon.
Simple but was not so simple when I was more chronically depressed -- I would often forget what came next and had to stand there wondering what I was supposed to be doing. So I wrote a list and I even had to divide it into groups of three.
It's here but outdated now since we don't have a cat anymore.

My two littles are both usually up between 6 and 6:30. My husband gets up at about 6am and heads out for a quick walk; the kids play in their cribs. I wake up at about 6:30, while my husband gets ready for work. I do my morning offering, brush teeth, etc. and then we both head in at 6:45 to get the kids. They are changed and brought downstairs to the kitchen.
Hubby leaves for work and kids have their milk and breakfast while they watch me do my morning chores: empty the dishwasher, start the laundry, etc. I eat breakfast then too, at the table with them. At 7:45, I put them down to play independently for about a half hour while I check my email and finish up my chores. Then we have our morning playtime together until 9, when we head out for our daily walk.

* Lydia & I shower, dress, etc.
* Complete morning chores
* Check email, blogs, etc. / soon will be start school and I'll hold off on email, etc. until after lunch.

Ours goes:
* be downstairs at 7am at latest.
* Change night nappies, new nappy for 1yo, "snuggly bottle feed" for 4yo and 1yo
* Coffee on, porridge etc started, laundry out on line, coffee made
* make green smoothies, drink; serve porridge or rice pudding etc
* do daddy's food if he is off to work that day; brush teeth, wash faces
* I do dishes, 4yo feeds dog/grooms her etc
* massages for children
* upstairs for hair and dressing; make beds/tidy rooms
* downstairs for family prayers and start of home learning usually by 9am-ish

Sarah - chores! This is the BEST thing I have done in the last 3-4 months!!
The girls do the following each morning. (oh and I got printed chore charts at office max. The girls LOVE adding a star to each chore they do, so this helps with motivation.)
*brush hair
*brush teeth
*get dressed
*make bed
*pick up any clothes on floor
*pick up any toys on floor (in bedroom)
*take dishes and cups to sink after eating
*1 girl wipes sink and 1 girl wipes toilet in bathroom
*1 girl fills cats food bowl, 1 girl fills water bowl
*each girl empties a trash can from a bathroom. (2 bathrooms total)

I have three kids and each day they have before breakfast and after breakfast chores, then once-a-week chores (so they do one every day but not the same):
* wipe oven and dishwasher door
* vacuum upstairs
* strip beds
* wipe cupboards
* sweep and mop hall
--------
* dust upstairs
* dust downstairs
* sweep and mop family room
* sweep and mop bathrooms
* dust downstairs
---------
* sweep and mop kitchen
* sweep and mop living room
* strip beds
* clean tubs
* clean dog dishes
---------
Each child has a before breakfast and after breakfast chore:
empty dishwasher; feed dogs (meds), clean pooh
breakfast helperz; Clean downstairs Bathroom
Bring down laundry, sort, put in machine; Clean upstairs bathroom
After breakfast I read aloud to them while they putter and play quietly. We play a math game to reinforce math facts (they just don't stick).
Confession time - I'm not very good at keeping a schedule myself and my lax attitude rubs off on the kids. Having one with Asperger's only adds to the chaos because I don't really provide the structure and stability he needs (I make myself feel better by pretending my "spontanaity," ie, lack of routine, will help him be flexible in life). I have three kids (insert self-pity sniffle here for not having more) and only one do I get to homeschool (another self-pity sniffle if you don't mind). So summer plans for other school type things have gone by the wayside as I'm watching my children play with each other instead of frantically doing homework when they happen to be home at the same time. Today they found a caterpillar in the back yard and all drew pictures of it. Yesterday they tried catching dragonflies.
I've started insisting on "Real" books (read Jungle Book and Rikki-Tikki-Tavi this morning, started Around the World in Eighty Days) and am caught off guard by how otherwise ADD and ADHD kids can actually take in a good story. The patience it takes for them to tolerate the set up of a story rather than getting right into the action is being rewarded by the greater enjoyment of good, entertaining, non-Disney-style story telling! I'm so glad I found these forums again! You all are super encouraging!

whoops, sorry about that! 
I just tried to fix it and deleted my whole inbox  See what happen when I try to do things first thing in the morning? It's only 7:30 here and I didn't sleep well. I thought I'd sneak out to the couch for some early morning quiet (computer) time since I thought the rest of the house was still asleep - but my 6yodd (also known as the chatterbox) is here with me.

Now I am feeling so silly. I have PM'd others too and not heard back - now I know why . I'm so sorry. This is the only forum I am on that doesn't warn me with a little pop-up or have it displayed right in the corner so I can stay on top of it.
