Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Do any of you who blog have dial-up? We will probably be going back to dial-up from satellite and I am wondering if it will be difficult to maintain the blog.

I have a blogger account. I don't know anything but dial up, so I am used to things taking a long time to load.

I have always had dial up so I know no different. Blogging with dial up is not a problem for me. Mind you, I have a fairly basic blog--not because of dial up but because I am coomputer illiterate. So I don't know if you had a fancier blog if dial up would be a nuisance.

My blog is pretty basic. I am mostly worried about uploading photos.

well, I'm staying at my Mom's right now, and she has dial-up, and I have to be honest, I could not imagine blogging with it. Maybe her service is just really slow, maybe I am just used to the cable internet I have had, but I know that just checking my email and quickly checking this board has taken an inordinate amount of time. I have already gone over my allotted "internet time" most of it spent waiting....but Gma has the kids out and I am sore and broken from moving boxes yesterday, so I am being bad and staying on...
