that is "socialization" is the subject of a soon-to-be-published book from Margot at Hillside Education and written by no less than one of our old-timers, Alice G!
Here's the write-up from Margot's blog about "Haystack Full of Needles, A Catholic Home Educator's Guide to Socialization" ... sounds wonderful doesn't it? Margot, PLEASE post on here when it's available, ok?

Please do post when it's available!! It sounds like one of those books to own and have on the shelves for reference and to give to new homeschoolers and those with many questions

I am really looking forward to this book's publication. My dh and boys are extroverts, and I am always afraid of rejection. A bad combo for a hs family!  (I'm working hard on expanding my boundaries for them and me. Behold! My second post after lurking for years!) I'm looking forward to learning more from Alice.
