Hi Ladies,
I know for some of you this is ridiculous timing for my question, but it's remained in the 80s down here. Are peasant skirts out of fashion? I love them but just can't seem to find them anywhere? I would love to wear more skirts if I could find these feminine, flattering, easy to wear skirts affordably priced. Does this exist? Where do yo shop?
Many Thanks!

Do you sew Ana?
Here's a pattern/tutorial I am using to sew some for my dds for summer.

Ana-
I have seen them in stores like TJMaxx and Marshall's, also at Cold Water Creek on line (check their sales section). I don't think they ever really go out of fashion... I think that some body types can wear then and some can't. I have the old "Pear Shape" body (big hips), and they definitely make me look wider, so while I like them, I don't wear them.
Hope you find some you like!

If you're just looking for a quick sparkly pick-me-up, Ana, both WinnDixie and Publix here in the Keys carry them (odd, huh?) You could just pick up one up to try out next time you need a gallon of milk!

Now that's hilarious Jennifer!! I haven't noticed them at the Publix by me, I'll have to pay attention. That is so funny!
I can't sew a lick, so I have to resort to buying and the budget is tight. I spent some time online a few days ago checking out skirts and it's so discouraging to see the prices!!
I'll have to check the Goodwill stores too, when I have time.
Thanks so much,
Ana Betty

Isn't it funny? But they're really sparkly and pretty and fun. Some have metallic thread running through them, others have sequins, very tempting when I'm standing there in another long checkout line.
