It appears, although we don't know for sure, that the man who was going to buy our house, is pulling out. No, no contract. This was going to be a flip, of sorts. Apparently, someone told him he could get a better deal. So, we're maybe left holding this house.... 
We had been planning to send me back out west for another househunting trip this next week, but we need to have this sold before we can buy a new one, and since that may not be in the works...
Well, prayers would be appreciated. DH will be calling him later, to find out for sure. SO please, storm heaven for us, that he will be willing to buy this house!! In spite of what we have heard (via a friend of his), that he will buy it for what we were asking for it....

Rachel,
I just logged in when I saw this (I really should be working right now not looking at 4Real!  ) to give you a very short summary of our miraculous house sale 3 yrs. ago. Basically (I think the whole story may be somewhere on these boards) we had a contract in June and put a contract on another house, then our buyer moved out of state. We received another contract in July and picked out a house and our buyer walked away. I was pregnant and due in Sept. and our son was marrying in Aug. Then...in August we received another contract and as it turned out (due to St. Joseph's complete intercession) the house we ended up buying went on the market the day we received our last contract and then we had the wedding, closed, moved and had the baby all withing 6 weeks. There are a couple of people on this board who can attest to what a miracle house we were given by God.
I KNOW what you're feeling right now. I'm sure you're praying to St. Joseph and we'll be praying to him for you as well. All will be perfect and according to His will.

Whew, ladies!!!!
Well, it looks like our house is SOLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Praise God, this is wonderful. We'll be turning it over officially April 1, but we'll be out before then (mostly cause we want to/the Army will move us out mostly before then).
Anyway, thank you thank you thank you for your prayers!!!!
(Now, if you can replace the "sell their house" prayers with the "buy a new house" prayers, I'd appreciate it...lol--I'm heading to OKC tomorrow to do my second hunting trip...)
