My husband (a professional computer geek, um, I mean wed designer) recommends it. We have it on our computers and have used Mozy for over a year.

It is safe enough that he recommends it to clients that would rather not pay (too much) for a back-up service. It is the one we use for documents at home. For photos, I think we use Picassa web.

Bumping this to inquire if anyone started using mozy since this post came up originally? My dad lost his laptops entire hard drive last week (including ALL his pictures from his recent trip to Hawaii to celebrate their 41st anniversary, and probably about 10 or 20 additional gig of pictures)

Anyway, I was going to recommend it to him . . . and also sign up myself. Was just wondering if anyone else had any input?
