I gave up blogging (again!) We are using the money I was using to pay for my Typepad account to add the two older kids to my gym membership.

I am also taking a 10 week break to work on some new healthy and spiritual disciplines in my life.

I will still be reading though.

Thanks ladies. I am really excited about taking the break. I am working through a 10 week Bible study called Breaking Free by Beth Moore and I am going to break this stronghold of food addiction in my life and learn to live (and love) a healthier life.

The kids are excited about the gym and I'm going to be getting a personal trainer soon too.
