Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I am starting my gift selecting and have decided to make my purchases from convents or monestaries....therefore supporting the nuns, sisters, priests, monks...
anyway, I am looking for some suggestions.
I have found this web site:

www.monasterygreetings.com

has anyone used this site?
I am looking at some food items and would appreciate any expert advice -- anyone who has tasted the foods is considered an expert to me

Blessings,
StacyLynn

I have purchased from them and been very happy! I have gifted their jellies to my parents at least 3 times now and they have enjoyed them immensely. I've also sent cookies and candy from the site that was well-received.

Hope that helps!

We bought a bunch of things from them last year. Including greeting cards and bath stuff--we were very happy with our purchases. I agree, its great when you can support a holy cause! or even a good one.
