Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Can anyone help me create a banner for my blog? When I go to the CSS thing in "design", I've been using a picture from one of my photo albums on Typepad, but the picture only goes across half the screen-its not wide enough. How to I get a wider picture?

I would love advice!

Sarah,

If your photo needs to be wider, I would go to Pixenate's photo editing site and upload the photo from your computer (the link is in the upper left). Then, once it is loaded and visible on the screen, click on the "Resize" tool. Make it twice as wide as it is now.

Then, in Typepad, go to files and upload the new photo. Once you have its link, plug it in to your CSS. You may have to play around with the actual size a couple times to get it right.

HTH!

Wow! I think I understand that!

Thanks a million, Rebecca. I'll keep you posted.
