I saw there was a bunch of heavy flooding in Minn....you all doing okay up there? You Southern Ladies with all of the storms and hurricanes hanging in there? Praying for safety for all....This is the first time EVER that we have had dishTV, I am hooked on the weather channel

I am here and while we haven't had much flooding in my area quite a few residents do have flooded basements. It has been raining now almost non stop for two days!

Well, we have had a stretch of dry weather with scattered showers on occassion. It is so different than the extremely wet May/June that we had--it rained every hour of every day that my ds was at Scout camp!

I am thankful for the "normal" Oklahoma summer, but looking for the cool breezes of fall. Hoping that those of you who are in the rainy areas (and esp. praying for you ladies in the Southern states), have a return to normal weather ... whatever that may be.

Thank you for the prayers! The wind here in the Keys is elevated this morning, 20-30 knots probably, but not TS strength. Cuba is doing its job and holding that storm south of us!

We are okay up here, but my cousin and his wife are in St. Charles, MN and they lost everything in the lower level of their home. Considering they just moved in and had everything stored in the lower level, they lost it all. And they don't have flood insurance.
