Gabriel, who is a student at Ave Maria Law School in Michigan, was second runner up in the Pacific Legal Foundation's eighth annual Program for Judicial Awareness Writing Competition! Here is a short mention of it in the Raleigh News and Observer.
His article, The Clear Path to Clear Water: Rapanos v. United States and the Continuing Survival of Wetlands, is available on the Pacific Legal Fondation website.
