Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I hope you all don't mind another question! Thanks to all your great links, I have a few choices for calendars for my binder. But now I'm running into another challenge.

I want some pages for weekly planning, but I don't know whether to put our school schedule on it or not. If I don't, I'll have to keep flipping from the calendar section to the schooling section. Is there another way of doing it? Have you ever seen a weekly planning page that has room for your schooling schedule as well as your To Do's?

My husband doesn't know what to do with me. I've spent HOURS putting my binder together! It's so pretty. It's not done yet, though. I tend to do things the hard way, so I would really appreciate any advice. You've been wonderfully patient with me!

Ana -

I haven't seen your ideal page, but I have a suggestion.   For my calendar pages, I drew out my own *calendar blank* (just squares, labeled Sunday through Saturday across the top). Then I photo-copied maybe 50 of them -- more than a year's supply. When making a calendar for each year, I label the month at the top and fill in the dates as they fall. That way I can adapt the format to whatever use I choose, even if I can't find pages already set up as I would prefer.

Hope that helps in some way.

Peace,
Nancy

Hi Nancy,

What I'm looking for now is a weekly planning page where I can write or have printed in on the schooling assignments as well as leave room for filling in the To Do's and what nots. I know I'm clear as mud. I like things to be easy to see for me and I find that I will often forget a whole subject (like Latin) unless it's scheduled in there.

Just wondering how others do it and what they use. Thanks for such a quick reply!

My school stuff is elsewhere, because I go into overload with everything on the same page. I can usually glace at my regular calendar once in the morning before school and then set it aside until school is over.

Michele's calendar has lesson planning pages too. She has a sample at her site. I use one Bill made in excel for me, but this year 3 kids will have their own assignment books (from Michele too! ).

Ana,

I have made my own planning sheets based on this weekly organizer. I like to have everything compartmentalized and on one sheet. If you look at the "Notes" section, I just changed that to "Schooling" and put anything related to schooling there. I also use their weekly planner. However, I changed some things to fit my needs.

Hope this helps,
