A big thumbs up from my family for Champions of Faith: Baseball. It is a sweet and moving depiction of good men who are also Catholic and professional baseball players. My boys are so proud to see some of their baseball heroes as Catholic heroes now...Jeff Supan, Mike Sweeney, Mike Piazza, David Eckstein, and more. To see tough-guy Mike Piazza praying the rosary, alone makes this worth watching.
This DVD is for sports enthusiasts, baseball fans, Catholics, anyone interested in excellence and right living, and...well everyone!

Bumping this to say its great! This thread came the day after my babe was born and missed it.
Definately worth watching, especially if your kids know who these guys are!

Thanks for bumping this up! A new catalogue arrived from Ignatius today & I noticed this dvd. I was not sure if the men were Catholic. We've so enjoyed seeing Catholic athletes interview on Life On The Rock! They are wonderful role models!
