Not sure if this is the right place to post. Our oldest will begin his novitiate with the Capuchins in Burlington Wisconsin. As this will be the furtherest he has been away from home(we live in Adelaide,South australia!)I wondered if anyone on this board who lives in or near Burlington could e-mail me off list and tell us a bit about what it is like where he is going etc He will probably leave Australia mid to late May. His 2 sisters and 4 brothers (esp 9yo + 5yo) are going to miss him SO much and as for his dad and me well?!!
Hoping someone can help. Forgot to add that we are all very proud of him but that doesn't mean we aren't going to miss him while he's away!!

Thanks so much for the response Jen.we are just off to violin lessons(sat. morning) but will write to you personally later today. Just wanted to say though as his mother I really appreciated your personal response.No offense to anyone but any place in America seems a long way from Adelaide!!
