Hi, I am not yet 40, but started peri-menoapaus 2 years ago. I was wondering if any of you have taken the new CCL class on this topic? I am not going to take the class, but I plan to chat with a friend who is 1/2 of a teaching couple ;). I am trying to determine the best diet for ending the hot flashes, night sweats, and general moodiness. My hormones plus my 9 year old starting puberty has been getting ugly around here.

I don't know anything about the class, but I do have a friend that found that a lack of iodine was the cause of her peri-menopause starting so young. She started taking the kelp and her symptoms went away.
