I haven't used it much so I am probably no help, but under SYNC in the very top menu bar in the row with the "apple icon" there a sub menu of settings? Does that help?

Thanks so much for trying. It's just not there. So frustrating since I had it on my iPad for about a year--loved it. Invested in the Mac version. Incorrectly made another account-had already made one with the iPad but never had to use it to sync--so they wouldn't sync. The support team deleted my newer account and here I am trying to make it work but unable to find the "key." Thanks so much though!!!
