I picked up this book at the library and have loved thumbing through it.

If you are stuck in a lunch rut or just love looking at beautiful pictures of food, this is one you'd enjoy. The book is crammed full of recipes, ideas and great pictures. We tried the peanutbutter and jelly oatmeal yesterday for lunch, and it went over well.

From looking at Amazon, I see there seems to be a whole mini-movement of this type of cookbook with lunch ideas. I plan to see what else my library has to offer.
