Anyway, I just read an article I am very excited about over at The Dollar Stretcher For Kids:

I am so going to do this at my house!

My kids each have a piggy bank and savings accounts, etc, but I really like this idea of a family bank that everyone adds to and that can be used for odds and ends, fun treats and small expenses.

I don't have an empty piggy bank hanging around, though, and I don't want to buy one, so I will have to get creative as far as a container. Might have to search for owl containers on Pinterest.... Emergency Owl just has a certain ring to it.

In other news, Catholic Heritage Curricula will have a new flat shipping rate of $3.95 starting on the Feast of St. Joseph.

The bargain Saucony running shoes I bought from Amazon for $17.95 for dd fit and she loves them! Thanks be to God, as shoe shopping with dd is
just... ack...

And I wanted to remind everyone that a great place to buy and sell school items is CathSwap! I am always amazed how many people have not heard of this great site. This is the time of year many people are cleaning shelves and starting to plan for next year, so it is a very good time to both buy and sell. Have fun!
