Oh goodness.....can I feed them Spam from the can this week?? I am happily exhausted after a very busy few weeks....so here are my humble plans for this week.

Monday--Spaghetti with crock-pot sauce

Tuesday-Sausage potato soup

Wednesday--Barbecue pork and homemade fries

Thursday--Navy bean soup with leftover ham from Christmas

Friday--Spring Rolls from Costco

Saturday--Roast, with veggies and mashed potatoes

Sunday--Hamburger veggie soup

Saturday- something simple- maybe scrambled eggs!

very spotty meal plan this week.

today - maybe chicken
Tuesday - not sure depends on if we're going to the movies or not that night.
Wednesday - Pozole!
Thursday etc - no clue LOL

Though we didn't get to the turkey this past week.. so we may do that in there somewhere.
