I have not had experience with Feingold, but I know Dawn at By Sun and Candlelight has done it for many years for her son.

Hi there!

I haven't been here in ages, but I happened to see this post and thought I'd drop in.

Yes, we have followed the Feingold diet for our 11 yo son who is autistic. We've followed it - not always strictly - since he was three. We feel it definitely helps regulate his moods/behaviors.

Let me know if you have any specific questions - I'd be glad to reply. (I may even have done a post or two on following Feingold, I'll take a peek in my archives.)
