Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I made meatballs with (fake) meat, ricotta, egg, bread crumb, parm, s/p.

I cooked a batch and I have a raw batch. Can I freeze the raw w/o cooking them?

I make a very different meatball recipe but I do freeze without cooking. I put them on a cookie sheet and freeze them, then transfer them to a ziplock bag so that they don't stick together and I can use whatever portion from the bag I want to.

I think you can freeze them as well. I've frozen raw meatloaf with similar ingredients.

I always freeze my meatballs before cooking. No problems here!
