Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I don't personally, since we're still new to GF...but I think the glutenfreegoddess blog has one...she seems to have a recipe for everything!

Oooo, I do ... or, well, sort of. I can get one for you! I know a GF family that does pizza night every Friday. It is her recipe, I'll get it for you (and it's not problem to do so, because I've been meaning to get if from her for myself!).

Stay tuned ...

I don't have a traditional gluten free recipe, but we've enjoyed a couple of alternatives lately.

One thing we've done since zucchini have been so plentiful is slice zucchini lengthwise and put pizza toppings on and bake it. Very tasty.

We've also made this Cauliflower pizza crust

We liked it a lot.

There are lots of zucchini pizza crust recipes out there, but we don't seem to care for any of the ones we've teied as well as the two options above.

Namaste makes a pretty good pizza dough (it is a package mix). It is a little pricy though!

Thanks everyone! I'll look into these. Erin, I have Elana's book on my wish list. I think I need to just take the plunge and buy it!!
I tried something a little different last night that worked out well. I bought a package of GF biscuit mix. I mixed it according to directions, but pressed it into the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Then I baked for 10 minutes, put pizza sauce and toppings on it and baked it for another 10-15. It turned out really good!
