Help! We've been invited to a tailgate party this weekend and I have to bring something that goes with ribs. (Not baked beans, please...I would have to get up at 5:00 to get them ready...I am not that brave!)
All suggestions welcome!

I love potato salad with ribs.. but a cole slaw is yummy too.. some sliced french bread (with garlic butter?) can be nice especially since it's finger food as well.

We just had these for Christmas Eve dinner. My mom made them with twice baked potatoes and a spinach salad.
Yummy

My kids fried mushrooms with white minute-maid rice (and instead of adding salt and butter to the water, I add a few packages of the beef oxo's).

We had barbecued ribs for our Christmas eve dinner too KackyK! My 17 yo son makes them. (I think he should do a "throw down" with Bobby Flay!).
He served pasta alfredo and a salad with them. Baked potatoes (with sour cream) was the original plan but I forgot to buy potatoes. For a crowd, scalloped or au gratin potatoes would be good too!
