Ladies I am a basic cook so having a hard time coming up with an easy new baby meal for this family: no soy, milk, eggs or wheat. Any suggestions?

Along what Jodie was saying - how about some sort of stew or thick soup, like chili, that could be served over potatoes or rice? If you do dessert, it could be a fruit crisp (apples, pears, berries, whatever) with an oatmeal topping, no flour.

Does no wheat, mean NO flour--can you use oat flour? How about butter--use Margarine?

Mmm pretty much our diet at present,
A stir fry with fried rice.
Savoury Mince and vegies.
Honey, Soy, Lemon Chicken and vegies. REally, really easy to make but delicious.

I cook no eggs, wheat or milk for my son's allergies
My meals to bring to families are very basic:
Baked chicken and rice
Pot roast (I make in crockpot or oven) with potatoes or rice
Veggies and fruit are always easy; simple salads or makings; frozen veggies cooked, add salt.
