Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I have this sausage that dh and I decided to buy on a recent grocery shopping trip. But I'm not sure what to do with it! It is link sausage, made with sundried tomatoes, provolone cheese, and parsley. I was thinking maybe that I could slice and brown it, then use it with pasta or something like that. Any suggestions?

This is old, so you have probably eaten that yummy sausage by now...but I would have served this with spaghetti al pesto.

Just getting back here to thank you! I ended up making an alfredo sauce and it was yummy. I think it would have been just as good with the buttered noodles and parmesan cheese though. It had lots of flavor so didn't need too much doctoring.
Michelle, I wish my family would eat pesto! I love it and have lots of basil from my garden. Unfortunately, I'm the only one. :(
