Our Spanish program comes with dvds and crafts. Last week the craft was to make fake fried ice cream. It was so easy and so good!

To make it, you crush up cornflakes in one dish and cinnamon graham crackers in another. Make a vanilla ice cream ball (messy and fun) and roll it first in the cornflakes and then in the graham cracker crumbs.

Freeze your ice cream ball for about 20 minutes, then top with caramel sauce and enjoy (in my case, enjoy yours after the kids are in bed so dd can't see you eating it).

This was so much like the real thing...delicious!
