Well, I just heard today is National Chocolate Covered Anything Day
What's your favorite chocolate covered indulgence?
If you could dip something in chocolate right now, what would it be?

Well I'm not sure what chocolate covered thing is my favorite.. but I have a box of chocolate covered cherries here in the house
And the kids and I were contemplating making chocolate covered popcorn balls for Christmas. I also bought butter flavoring (like vanilla flavoring) to do popcorn balls with.

Since childhood, I've had a weakness for graham crackers with chocolate frosting covering them, so that might be mine. Or a nice bowl of vanilla ice cream covered in hot fucge.
And it's kind of funny - we got a gift package today from one of my husband's co-workers. It's from a local company and has a box of these - so I'm having some chocolate covered chocolate right now - it is pretty yummy

Hmmmmmm...Belgian chocolate covered cherries. They must be real cherries, not that cordial stuff!

Would it be cheating to say "more chocolate"?

Love that emoticon.
Oreos!
Or toffee!
Or almonds.
Or caramel.
I could probably go on and on.
Has to be milk chocolate though to make my day.

Oh, I LOVE this! I buy chocolate frosting JUST for dh and me to have a little "treat" when we don't have any sweets in the house, after kids are in bed. I put a couple peanuts on top of mine. A neighbor who used to often come over and hang out when our kids were babies, asked me once...."Why do you ALWAYS have a container of chocolate frosting in your fridge?" Doesn't everyone?
Otherwise, I LOVE chocolate covered pretzels!!!!

Well, right now, we've been making the EASIEST chocolate snack and it's been a hit at the Christmas parties we've gone to. It really is yummy and very easy for a quick, but yet fancy treat...
Simply stick a small pretzel stick into a larger sized marshmallow and dip it in melted chocolate chips. Set on a piece of wax paper until dry.
Can you believe I saw these at the grocery store for $9.95 a POUND?!? I thought, hmmmm, I can make those wayyyy cheaper

Bananas!
Freeze the bananas (actually, they're pretty good just frozen, too:-) ) with a popstick in them.
When they're frozen, dip them in chocolate, and refreeze.
Yum!!
