Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Hello everyone - I am in need of ideas for a cleaning schedule (or ideas at least). I am finding that without something .... I am doing nothing - if that makes any sense.

I have a 2.5 yo and a 9 mo who require my attention most of the time (i.e. nursing, playing, etc). My 2.5 yo helps with some of the "chores" like polishing, dishes, etc.

I am looking for ideas and what seems to work for everyone else. TIA!!!!

How about sitting down and "assigning" each chore to one day of the week? (I know that some things like dishes/laundry etc. need to be done more often). But maybe something like Monday--dust; Tuesday--vacuum; Wednesday--bathrooms; Thursday--iron; Friday--mop kitchen floor;

I find it helpful especially in the bathroom to wipe down the surfaces each night before bed. That way on bathroom cleaning *day* it doesn't seem as bad.

I hope this helps a little bit!

I like the Motivated Moms schedule. It keeps me on track and is all very manageable. It usually costs $8 for the PDF, but I know starting July 1st she discounts it to $4. Or, if you scroll to the bottom of the page she has the schedule from 2002 for free.
