Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Does anyone know of a recipe for a beeswax wood polish that is similar to Three Beeautiful Bees Beeswax Polish?

I have searched the web, but I have only found recipies with Turpentine. I would prefer something with out this.

Thanks!!!!

Betsy - my absolute FAVORITE beeswax polish comes from Nova Natural and is made of nothing more than beeswax and mineral oil. How simple is that? It has a runny-ish consistency, so there is a lot of mineral oil in there. I really hope to make some myself this summer, but I'm not sure how to incorporate the mineral oil into the beeswax - old pot on the stove probably. I'd say the consistency is like a lemon curd desert - is that a helpful description? It is the nicest polish I've ever found and really does a beautiful job on my kitchen table.

Does this happen to anyone else....????

I searched the internet for a recipe for this and couldn't find what I was looking for anywhere! I even emailed Mountain Rose Herbs if they knew of a recipe...no luck.
So, I posted here.

After I posted I found this recipe and this one.

So...Jennifer, let me know if you try this. I hope to get to this soon too!
