I'll do my best to start these threads, but if I haven't started it and you know what you're having for dinner, please start the thread.
If I get to the store today, we are having taco salad. Otherwise it's boxed Annie's Mac and Cheese.

We are having some kind of salad, too, as I brought leftover salad mix home from our Boy Scout fundraising dinner yesterday.

We were probably going to eat out something quick today as there was an away baseball game scheduled...but it's snowing here AGAIN so don't think the game will happen. Now I have to think of something to make...

Tuscan Bean and Sausage Stew with cornbread--I'm planning to make a big batch of soup so that a few meals make it to the freezer.

SNOW???! Wow-- it was just about the hottest day ever in NC yesterday.
We'll be having a Mexican dinner buffet tonight... tacos, refried beans, Spanish rice, etc.
JoAnna, so glad the recitals and Spring Mega Fair are OVER!

Yes snow...March and April are Denver's snowiest months (and it could still snow here in May!). We had a very mild and overly dry/warm winter so I guess we are making up for it this spring.

Mary Chris,
I had to go to the store too (in the pouring rain). Made it there, forgot my wallet and waited for Husband to come pay for the groceries. Now, I have chicken taco meat in the crockpot and the grownups will have chicken taco salads while the kids eat soft chicken tacos. We have some kind of sync goin' on!

Wow lots of tacos...better not tell my kids or they'll pressure me for a change!
Tonight is boring baked chicken and rice...but it's one of only 3 meals my 4yold will eat, so it has to be done sometimes

Had co-op, soccer prac., and tap dance today (and baseball game tonight) or I would have started a thread, Mary Chris. You're my hero.
I put a brisket in the slow cooker w/ a can of Rotel tomatoes and beef broth. No fancy name. It is what it is...and the brisket came out super tender which is how we all like it.
Rice & gravy
Corn

Chicken a la King from this recipe, but without pimentos (no objection, just didn't have 'em). Added some corn and a bit of diced onion to the sauce, served on toast and with peas as a side dish. Yum!

We had chicken scampi, couscous with garlic and parmesan
and green beans. First time with the chicken, it was a hit. Nearly everybody went for seconds.

Would you PM me your chicken scampi recipe? I am trying to find a good one.
