We bought some nice ones in pretty colors from Office Max last autumn, and they are still going strong. They were about $10 a piece, but are very high quality 2" binders in pretty pastel colors with an easy-to-open lever at the bottom. (No yanking rings apart with both hands.)

I also like the ones from Staples. They do go on sale if you watch. Mine are over 18 months old and still in great shape!
