Chicken Tikka and Chicken in Creamy Peppercorn Sauce (my dd does not like Chicken Tikka). I will probably serve it with rice, sauteed peppers and onions, and salad.

Well, I realize TOMORROW is Friday, but I had salmon that I HAD to use today. I had a pesto (basil pesto mixed with lemon juice) salmon with roasted vegetables -red onion, squash; mashed potatoes, and broccoli. I thought it was pretty good! My mom and dad gave it ! There was nothing left.
