Thanks for the reminder! I was going to make chicken but I think, in honor of Dr. Suess's birthday, we might do green eggs, ham and biscuits. If it wasn't Lent, I would totally have fun making a Dr. Suess cake, but since we have given up treats, we will probably just play our favorite Dr. Suess game.
