Our guardian angel and St. John Bosco could use some reconstructive surgery: they are made of resin and both have hands broken off at the wrist. I'm wondering if you have found a way to repair them. I've tried hot glue and super glue. Hot glue works, but not very well.

Kristin - My sweet Infant Jesus of Prague was fixed with superglue. Wear some latex gloves and hold St. John Bosco's hands in place for several minutes to set. The gel superglue works best for these type repairs. I've repaired our Resin holy family statue as well. Little Jesus' fingers raised in blessing were broken and restored.
