Pizza here, too! On english muffins for the girls, on homemeade gluten-free pizza crust for the boys. Maybe I'll even shape the crusts into hearts... Plus a green salad and some apple slices.

I'm making chicken and rice soup. I WAS going to bake bread, too, until I dropped the glass jar of yeast on the kitchen floor and shattered it! Maybe I'll swing by the bakery later and pick up a loaf...

Mary Chris, my answer will always be PIZZA! Either we make it from scratch (we've had an awesome week, everthing flowed beautifully, and Devin is home to help cook) or we will use a dough from Fresh and Easy (we've had a pretty smooth week and I am cooking alone) or we order take out u-bake pizza (I want a break!)
We'll add a salad or carrot sticks. Later, we'll eat popcorn while watching a movie.
We just started planned pizza night at the start of this semester and I'm kicking myself that we didn't start it sooner . Where I grew up, NE PA, many families purchased pizza from mom and pop shops every Friday. The pizza was awesome! Our isn't as good but the idea of pizza Friday is a keeper:).
Love,

Yikes! I haven't even thought of supper. Too happy my husband's home. Guess I gotta feed him too huh? Pizza sounds good though... maybe that's what we'll do too.

Well, it's a toss-up and really anyone's guess.
Dh was planning to take me out for a Valentine dinner tonight because the two youngest were staying at a friend's. Those plans got canceled. So only if Kayleigh's home do we get to go out. Then it's pizza for the girls.
Otherwise it'll probably be egg sandwiches or grilled cheese. Unless I get to the store this afternoon and get ingredients for a shrimp fetticine.
We can't go out tomorrow because Garrett and all the hs teens are having a 50's Sock-Hop Dance and we have to chaperone. We'll probably eat chips and dip at the dance tomorrow.
There's always Sunday night for a Valentine date...right?

Supper--No idea. With DH working nights and the kids unwell we've been doing easy meals (as in open the fridge and chose whatever doesn't have to be cooked and the kids will eat! J). The yogurt supply is dangerously low, so I might have to buckle down and cook. Pizza sounds good!
Lunch--fish sticks, homemade fries, green beans, pear

Pizza does sound delish! The problem with Pizza Friday is that we really do try to do Fish Fridays instead and I can only pull so many White Pizzas and Diablo Pizzas on my dh before he starts asking for sausages and pepperonis! But you know, when I was a girl we'd go to Saturday Mass and then out for pizza, that was fun too.
So tonight we're going to have Mussels in a Garlic Butter Sauce in individual Bread Bowls (otherwise known as French Hamburger Rolls, they were the perfect size.) Mussels were cheap at Publix this week. Yum!

Elizabeth's Firecracker Red Beans and Pineapple Rice Pilaf.
I'm ~finally~ using dried beans, not canned.

Dd is having a slumber party (right now! eight girls!) and so we had chicken nuggets and macaroni and cheese.
On the one hand, dd made and frosted her own birthday cake and planned her entire party herself.
On the other hand (channeling Tevye!), dh is several states away.
On the other hand, most of the guests have never seen Lion King 1 1/2 and they are laughing hysterically. And not too much paint got spilled.

I use my wok and cut up about 3 carrots, 1 onion and a head of cabbage and stir fry them in some canola oil. While that is cooking I cook two bags of udon noodles for about 5 minutes. When they are finished I add the noodles to the vegetables and then add some Bragg's Liquid Aminos, salt and pepper.
Sorry, I don't have better measurements. This is one of those recipes that I keep in my head and just add what looks right. I believe this recipe originally called for chicken but DH didn't like the chicken in it so this is one of the few vegetarian meals I can actually make that he enjoys.

We ended going out to a steak house for Valentine's Day.
Kayleigh stayed with the girls and fried pork chops.
Got home and it smelled so good we agreed we should have just stayed home and had her feed us.
